Primavera project scheduling, project controls management, and construction
management experience involving power generation and T&D. Has built and
maintained complex Primavera project schedules for major T&D and power

outages for utilities, AE and construction firms, and service providers

a key role with Burns & McDonnell as Senior Project Controls Lead for the
Northeast Utilities NEEWS T&D Project, developed schedule baselines and
CPM project schedules in P6 for a major 4 section T&D project consisting
of 6,000 scheduled activities and over 100 miles of underground and above
ground transmission. Also developed schedules for 31 planned PSNH

Aug 2014 to present Project Controls Manager – P6-Maximo 7.5 Upgrade Brought in to lead the
transition to dual unit work control using P6. Also, site DBA for P6.
Currently working on Maximo 7.5 upgrade testing and verifying the bridge
between P6 and Maximo is designed correctly. Responsible for cleaning up the
filters that feed the performance indicators resulting in most acceptable

Jun 2013 to May 2014 Project Controls Manager – Phillips 66 projects Contracted to develop
detailed C3, C4, C5 EPC project schedule as well as full supporting cash flow
and manhour loading. Developed manhour loaded level 3 FEL-3 and detailed
design schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 v8.3. Result: BMcD awarded the
engineering for a $1.4b export grade propane facility. Exelon Nuclear
Dec 2012 to May 2013 Project Controls Manager – Fort Calhoun Recovery Brought in to make
engineering recovery scheduling group more efficient and effective. Developed
WBS that facilitated combining 72 engineering projects supported by 8
contract schedulers into a single 12,000 task schedule supported by 2
contract schedulers. Moved to OCC to rebuild and make 32,000 task outage
schedule useable. Corrected WBS, reduced outage file to 12,000 tasks, cleaned
up the 48 page schedule log and reduced contract support staff from 8 to 3. Babcock power Company

baseline EPU schedule errors and produce production metrics in Excel.
Corrected WBS structure and combined 64 individual projects being supported

Oct 2010 to Jan 2012 Project Controls Manager – BP Wind Power Project Developed a detailed,
integrated EPC Baseline schedule in P6 for a 250Mw, 125 tower wind farm
project. Blattner was directed by client to secure a P6 person to develop a
baseline to replace the MS Project schedule that they rejected per contract
requirement. Baseline of 3000 activities was built and approved in 5 weeks
allowing $14.4m in change orders to be submitted, all of which were
subsequently approved as well as 7 months of stranded invoices. University of Wyoming
Apr 2010 to Sep 2010 Project Controls Manager - Coal Gasification Advanced Technology
Center Hired by the
University of Wyoming to install Primavera and train two members of their
capital projects group in the use of P6. Also assigned to be the owner’s
representative in a joint venture between GE Energy and UW to construct a
coal gasification research and technology development center in Cheyenne,

Monticello Nuclear Generating Station Was responsible for
analyzing the outage critical path daily and recommending corrections to

integrated EPC schedule in P3 for a 100Mw wind farm project. Loaned to
TetraTech to baseline three projects in Wyoming in P3 due to owner refusal to
pay invoices that were not submitted per contract requirements. Re-baselined
three 160-tower wind projects simultaneously by training the individual
